Your fee covers a complete evaluation with a Colorado doctor. This includes a review of your medical history, a health assessment, and a determination of whether you qualify for a medical marijuana card under Colorado law. If cannabis or CBD may help your condition, the doctor will walk you through how.
Medical Marijuana Card Renewal Cost
Colorado requires you to renew your medical marijuana card every year. A renewal evaluation at Arrive Care Clinic costs $95.

State Application Fee
Your evaluation fee is separate from the fee Colorado charges to process your medical marijuana card application. The state application fee is $53.94, which includes processing costs. This fee is paid directly to the state of Colorado, not to Arrive Care Clinic.
